Adds Learning Opposites with Squish (Book 6) and Learning ABCs with Squish (Book 7) to the static books page, and fixes prices and counts that had gone stale.

• New books: cards, reading-order items 6 and 7, and format rows for both. Opposites has Ebook (B0HJRLC6RK) and Paperback (B0HJSPP81V) chips. ABCs has an Ebook chip only (B0HLTVNZBP), with a line noting it is Kindle only for now.
