They were transferred, not deleted. GitHub redirects automatically:

• Web links to github.com/klecao/<repo> resolve to the new location
• git clone, fetch and push against the old remote continue to work
• Links in papers published during this period remain valid

You do not need to do anything.

Retaining it preserves attribution for work from this period and keeps the redirects above working.
