Install KEDA, keda-kaito-scaler, BBR, KAITO, llm-gateway-auth, the productionstack umbrella release, and gpu-node-mocker into kube-system by default. Retire kaito-system from the stack: remove it from modelharness networkPolicy.allowedIngressNamespaces and purge it from all README/values comments.
