Squash-мерж объединил обе половины реформы handoff в один коммит, поэтому тег v1.2.11 указывал на коммит, чьи манифесты уже читаются как 1.2.12 — verify-release.py справедливо отбил его, и GitHub Release для 1.2.11 не создался. Тег удалён. Работа reader-половины сохранена отдельной секцией внутри 1.2.12 (она остаётся самостоятельным изменением), compare-ссылка выпрямлена на v1.2.10...v1.2.12.
