Locally deploying Django server

1. Create the environment by running

   virtualenv ~/eb-virt

2. Activate the environment by entering

   source ~/eb-virt/bin/activate

3. Download the dependencies by running

   pip install -r requirements.txt

4. Run the Django server locally by using

   python manage.py runserver
