This is required for AsciiDoctor to pick them up as AsciiDoc files.

Let me know once this is ready to review. Note that the doc file contents canonically live in https://github.com/i3/i3, and the release.sh in there will need updates if we change the file extension. |

This is a WIP branch for the AsciiDoctor migration of the docs. I've already replaced the Makefile with a new build script using AsciiDoctor. I've started work on a replacement stylesheet but this is far from finished. I also haven't figured out how to include the current site header/nav into the docs template. I'll try to wrap this up in the near future when I find the time.
