GitHub hasn't started this workflow's schedule since #1 added it: no scheduled run at 12:11, 13:11 or 14:11 UTC on 2026-10-18, while manual runs work. The cron lines were last changed by fctl-sh[bot]. A person's commit that changes the cron line makes them the schedule's actor, and a push to main resyncs schedules.
