Use the latest compatible Hyperlight releases from crates.io so builds consume official published artifacts instead of temporary Git revisions.
This updates Hyperlight to 0.17.0, Hyperlight Wasm and its AOT compiler to 0.15.0, and HyperlightJS to 0.4.0. The versions are aligned on the same Hyperlight release, and the obsolete crates.io patches and Git pins are removed.
