This pull request adds a new development container configuration for the project, making it easier to set up a consistent development environment with recommended tools and settings.
Development environment setup:
.devcontainer/devcontainer.jsonto define a DevContainer with a specifiedDockerfile, port forwarding for port 3000, and recommended VSCode extensions for ESLint, Prettier, and Tailwind CSS, along with editor formatting settings.
