This PR modifies the output file name of the spike pod. Individual pods run well
I anticipate some friction based on the file organization of the pipeline
The hash subdirectory makes sense given the dockerized context, but I think it will feel like a disconnect for our target audience if we can't map this on to the
configXdirectory like the single-pod case
