• Preserve bounded public-HTTPS sources, traceable CRUD, language-aware collections, and explicit write/series authority.
• Validators require Bash/PowerShell as documented; Python 3 is required for configuration/archive paths, including the PowerShell wrapper. No extension dependency.

• Central Home Baseline delivery #314, merge f61c5b7a5923400c7bc5ea8b547a78a25e8c348f: all 20 PR checks passed on the exact reviewed head; the installed 42-file package matches the tag archive, all other 13 preset registry entries are unchanged, and Home runtime synchronization is verified.
• All six Home Baseline merge workflows also succeeded; central delivery closeout and workflow links.
• Broader consumer rollout remains separately tracked; installation evidence is not a product, risk, conformity or certification approval.
