chore: remove hosted ops files from studio

What

• Removes hosted Studio operational Claude skills from the public Studio repo.
• Removes Kubernetes usage-metrics maintenance scripts that encode cluster names, namespaces, private DB IPs, and secret names.
• Leaves local development/runtime files such as docker-compose, nginx, traefik, Vector, tests, and product code untouched.

Why

These files expose operational deployment knowledge that belongs in private workload/ops repos, not in the public Studio repository.

Companion PR

Open after the devexp-apps-workload migration PR so the operational copies have a private home.

• targeted rg scan under .claude and scripts for ArgoCD/Kubernetes/Cloudflare/admin-secret strings
