Goal

Make normal dogfooding start Jim on causal rope authority without environment overrides.

Acceptance criteria

  • npm run dev works without JEDIT_ALLOW_FULL_SNAPSHOT_TEXT_AUTHORITY.
  • Startup opens files through graph rope import.
  • Dev footer/debug state identifies graph-backed rope authority.
