Slice: Route normal editor edits through replaceRangeAsTick

Goal

Make the product edit path admit causal rope replacements.

Acceptance criteria

• Insert, delete, and replace operations call graph runtime replaceRangeAsTick.
• Logical no-ops do not mint new RopeHead or RopeRewrite evidence.
• Edit results expose admitted tick and next RopeHead to workspace state.
• Rapid typing and queued save barriers continue to pass.
