Slice: Fail installed product construction without graph rope authority

Goal

Make installed Jim wiring reject any non-graph-backed text authority by default.

Acceptance criteria

• Installed product construction fails without graph rope authority.
• Tests can still opt into explicit fixture authority with test-only wiring.
• No normal dev startup requires JEDIT_ALLOW_FULL_SNAPSHOT_TEXT_AUTHORITY once CR-02 lands.
