Added goal icons and emoji picker functionality

Implemented support for goal icons in both backend and frontend.

Changes made:

Added optional Icon field to Goal model
Updated frontend goal model
Displayed icons on goal cards
Implemented emoji picker using emoji-mart
Added PUT request for updating goals
Persisted emoji icons after refresh
Added tests for GetGoalsForUser routex`
