[Improvement] Add more details to PluginMetadata

-  For plugin metadata, should we add a new field `category` ? Thinking of plugins like phone apps in app store, where plugins can be categorized and developers can leverage this information to build product experiences off it 
- There might be other information we would like for the metadata, curious if there are other needs the community has came across
