Discovered via GitHub crawler + XRPL hackathon collection, then verified: - Public and accessible (not private/deleted) - Non-empty - XRPL ecosystem connection (known org, name/description/topics, or xrpl.js / xrpl-py / xrpl4j / ripple-lib dependency in any subdirectory) Not already indexed by Electric Capital and excluding repos previously rejected in PR electric-capital#2504.
