ECC-2272: Add FT2026 levtypes to pre-mtg2 and CAMS mars levtype concepts

Description

With FT2026-1, new table 4.5 level types were introduced. typeOflevel and marsLevtype for MTG2 switch value 1 were defined.
mars levtypes for the other switch values 0 and 2 are also needed. This PR is to add the missing entries to marsLevtypeConcept.lte33.def and marsLevtypeConcept.chemsplit.def. marsLevtypeConcept.def has the entries already.
