Align documentation with current Coffee Builder features

Aligns the public documentation with the current Coffee Builder Maven plugin implementation.

Highlights:

• documents JDBC catalog URL defaults and effective H2 MODE=LEGACY behavior
• documents enum, List, and persistent identity behavior in generated domain models
• documents the managed Faces navigation index and overwrite opt-in
• documents typed PrimeFaces component inference and forms.json overrides
• documents ManyToOne displayField, enums, chips, and date/time fields
• documents generated CRUD operations
• corrects JDBC and PrimeFaces catalog/version descriptions
• keeps Bash as the reference shell for public CLI examples

Validated against the generated Maven plugin descriptor and current develop implementation. Hugo production build passes.
