Updates for BSD

Seems the BSD code had gotten stale. With the help of AI, here's a refactor. The short of it is:

• Replace pre-defined layouts with a generated layout. This will require a compiler.
• Normalize some field values that were potentially screwy
• Update rubocop
• Add some missing constants
• Update the specs, including the use of a struct generator to help us
