Prep toward replacing hand-written RemapState with the automatic copier.

dashboards' RemapState forced EmbedCredentials into ForceSendFields and excluded output-only fields from it. But DoRead and the shared create/update builder (responseToState) already force EmbedCredentials, and the output-only fields are never present in the API response's ForceSendFields, so the exclusion was a no-op. RemapState was identity-equivalent — removed. No golden changes; acceptance passes.
