- Admin dashboard at /admin with login flow via /admin/login
- Token stored in localStorage, sent as Bearer header on HTMX requests
- All admin routes protected by AdminAuth extractor (401 if unauthenticated)
- Dashboard shows stats, model management, and delivery management
- Models: view leaderboard, delete individual models, prune zero-vote
- Deliveries: view table, record new delivery, delete existing delivery
- New API endpoint: DELETE /api/admin/deliveries/{id}
- New query: delete_delivery
- 5 new tests (2 unit, 3 integration) covering delivery deletion
- Admin-specific CSS classes with mobile responsive styles
- Updated README with admin UI docs and new endpoint
