When vargs disappeared off npm, I was quite confused since vargs doe not have a
package.jsonand its page looks quite bare: https://www.npmjs.com/package/vargsI took the liberty of designing a
package.jsonto repair this, I am not sure though about the version string; other packages depend on "0.1.0" so you don’t want to make that disappear, but I am not sure what happens as you push a new version when the existing version has nopackage.json. Can we push the same version or do we have to bump?
