What this PR does / Why we need it?
As someone unfamiliar with TUIs built with Bubble Tea (or at least ones that use
tea.WithMouseCellMotion()), I was confused on how to perform text selection at first. I figured we could add this to the usage documentation.Which Jira/Github issue(s) does this PR fix?
