Bulk querying

Provide functions that handle the bulk look up of hash values. This will wrap the existing methods, though act as a helper for a common functionality, leveraging the specified rate limiting.

Four new methods:

• bulk_reports
• bulk_exists
• bulk_downloads
• bulk_sources
