Instead of adding custom code for license check I think I'd rather use pre-existing tools to handle that.

Three alternatives:
https://github.com/actions/dependency-review-action
https://github.com/tmorell/license-compliance
https://github.com/RobbieTheWagner/pnpm-license-checker

The first one (official GHA action) seems to be good enough for us.
