Adds the App Sequencer as a new top-level documentation section alongside Get Started, Rollups, and Fraud Proofs. The section contains 36 pages across nine categories, a standalone troubleshooting guide, nine tutorial code partials, and 15 branded diagrams.
It documents the system from introductory concepts through application integration, API usage, production operation, recovery, protocol internals, and formal verification. Implementation-specific content was checked against the sequencer source code and CMA wallet integration, using sequencer
v0.1.0-alpha.9as the tutorial baseline.
