…pdated CellData, Menu, and GameManager for the Save/Load Feature. All ion channels can be activated. Still need to test results (soma needed), but passes eye norm.

Added the panel prefab in the Main Scene, added a function in SparseSolverv1 to assist with the panel (ToggleChannel), added a comment to the InitIonChannel function in SparseSolver, added the helper file (IonChannelPanelConfig.cs) in the IonChannels folder.
