Move model and engine into shared defaults import, and bump gh-aw to v0.90.1 to fix the broken opus-5-5 workflows (v0.88.2 bundled Claude Code 2.1.247, which doesn't support the model).

Rename shared/network.md to shared/defaults.md and add model and
engine configuration so all five workflows inherit them from a
single source.

Actually whiel you're here the last change actually broke things https://github.com/bootc-dev/gh-agentic-workflows/actions/runs/36781699048 I think we may need to update the gh-aw version which pins a claude version?

It is really tempting to try cutting over to e.g. opencode but that's currently experimental in GH-AW (which is its own whole bug)

The opus-5-5 model requires Claude Code 2.1.280+, but gh-aw v0.88.2
bundled 2.1.247 which rejected every invocation with a 400 error.

cgwalters-bot added a commit to cgwalters-forge/gh-agentic-workflows that referenced this pull request Oct 2, 2026
gh-aw v0.89.22 (github/gh-aw#63011) dropped the implicit trust for
bot/app actors in the "Checkout PR branch" step: the triggering actor
must now have write-or-higher collaborator permission. A GitHub App's
bot user can't be a repository collaborator, so the API reports "none"
for bootc-bot[bot], and every review run on a PR the bot pushed now
fails before the agent starts. The fix agent hits the same once the
review agent applies agent/fixme. Changing the workflows' token
permissions doesn't help, since the check is on the actor, not the
token.

v0.89.21 is gh-aw's latest non-prerelease and still trusts Bot
senders there. The bump to v0.90.1 in bootc-dev#120 was for Claude Code
support of claude-opus-5-5, which needs 2.1.280+, so pin the engine
version instead until gh-aw lets allowlisted bots through.
