[feauture] New config file location

Thinking about the future direction of bterm, I would suggest we move the config file from ~/.bterm.json to ~/.bterm/config.json
Since ~/.bterm/ is a good place to store plugins.
Opinions and ideas highly appreciated.

Agree. I could envision something like:

~/.bterm
    /plugins
    /temp
    /config.json

Is there any other use case when this comes handy?
