Patch release off stable adding Python 3.15 support, plus the pending dependency updates. None of the behavior changes on dev are included; those ship in the next minor.

  • PyO3 and pyo3-async-runtimes 0.27 -> 0.30 (0.27 caps at Python 3.14). The only code change is opting BatchConfig and h2.Header into FromPyObject with from_py_object.
  • Wheels built for 3.15; CI test matrix is now 3.11 through 3.15. 3.10 wheels still ship and requires-python is unchanged; 3.10 is fully dropped in the next minor.
  • All dependabot updates: the 12 already on dev (cherry-picked with -x) and open PRs chore(deps): bump hyper from 1.11.1 to 1.12.0 #132 through chore(deps): bump serde_json from 1.0.151 to 1.0.154 #136. Includes brotli 9 and hyper 1.12.
  • Cargo.lock: base64 0.22 -> 0.23, required by hyper-util 0.1.21.
  • Version 0.10.1 and CHANGELOG entry.

The wheel-build jobs that add -i python3.15 won’t run until the release is tagged, so they haven’t been tested yet. If the build images don’t have Python 3.15, the release will fail rather than ship anything broken. I couldn’t build locally because this session can’t download the pinned Rust toolchain.
