Verdict: approve. The reusable review and fix workflows and their corresponding redline-ref inputs now consistently use the same full commit pin. The existing least-privilege permissions and same-repository gate remain unchanged.

Moves the pinned askalf/ci calls and their redline-ref inputs, and every drift-report action pin, to askalf/ci@7bf305b, the main commit that last changed the review, the fix or the report step (main 2026-10-15, askalf/ci#56). The scripts are fetched at that same commit. The pins are the only change.
