Verdict: approve. Both reusable workflow references and their corresponding redline-ref inputs now use the same full commit SHA, preserving the existing pinned-workflow model for review and fix runs.

Moves the pinned askalf/ci calls and their redline-ref inputs, and every drift-report action pin, to askalf/ci@57c8624, the main commit that last changed the review, the fix or the report step (main 2026-10-15, askalf/ci#54). The scripts are fetched at that same commit. The pins are the only change.
