Moves the pinned askalf/ci calls and their redline-ref inputs, and every drift-report action pin, to askalf/ci@982514d, the main commit that last changed the review, the fix or the report step (main 2026-10-12, askalf/ci#48). The scripts are fetched at that same commit. The pins are the only change.

Verdict: approve. This change moves the reusable review and fix workflows, and the redline-ref input each one passes, from askalf/ci@35ef871 to the full commit SHA 982514d52058037c518e12a82a4cee2415b8edb9. In both files the uses: pin and its redline-ref match, so the scripts are fetched at the same commit as the workflow that calls them. No reference to the old SHA is left in the repository's workflows. The triggers, permissions and other inputs are unchanged. The description's mention of drift-report action pins matches nothing here, because this repository has no such pin, so nothing is missing from the diff.
