On smartphone unable to execute menu entry if displayed over mathfield

I have a mathfield at the middle of the screen of my smartphone (with Firefox on android). If I open the menu and select an item, it is executed only if the item is not displayed over the mathfield area. If the item is over the mathfield area, the menu remains open.
