This updates analyze to v4.37.6 while the earlier Initialize CodeQL step still runs v4.37.0, so the same workflow now mixes CodeQL Action versions. The CodeQL Action changelog states that “Mixing different versions ... is unsupported” and that non-init steps error when they load an init-generated config from a different version, which means each PR/push/scheduled CodeQL run can fail at analysis instead of uploading results; update the init pin to the same SHA/version in this change.
