- The protein torsion example prints "phi/psi", not "φ/ψ"; the sample output now matches a release run. - Remove the pullback and Lie-group flow matching references: neither method is implemented in the crate. Renumber the rectified flow citation. Checks: ran sd_fm_semidiscrete_linear, rfm_minibatch_ot_linear, rfm_protein_torsions_1bpi and rfm_usgs_earthquakes_sphere in release (all printed numbers match), rfm_poincare_geodesic_ode with --features riemannian, cargo test, docs-check README.md (readcost noun-stack hints only). README pass: facts checked against origin/main, dependency and install versions matched to the published release, and performance claims qualified or removed where no committed benchmark script backs them.
