Kartaview/Grab have added a new API endpoint, and drastically reduced the surface area of the V3 API. https://doc.kartaview.org now only lists a handful of V3 endpoints. The new endpoint is at https://api.grab.openstreetcam.org/ This change was supposedly made in June 2024.
