Drops the legacy pay-per-result maxItems from the option types of Actor.start, call, startTask, callTask and resurrect for v4, with a note in the upgrading guide pointing to maxTotalChargeUsd.

Closes #768

…rgeUsd`

The options of `Actor.start`, `call`, `startTask`, `callTask` and `resurrect` no longer include `maxItems`, which only applies to pay-per-result Actors. The v4 upgrading guide points to `maxTotalChargeUsd`.
