I don't know if something needs to be copied, but it's probably not to SVN :-)

I checked this link and left it since indeed there is the svn repo with artifacts. So probably after the release we should put there the artifacts so those are available at https://downloads.apache.org/
BTW there still some things on SVN in Apache
