Summary

Keep bookshelf navigation correctly disabled during imports and usable afterward when the viewport crosses the desktop/mobile breakpoint. Update Wrangler to 4.153.0 and its required dependency chain so both bundled and external Undici use the patched 7.30.1 release. Document private-browsing storage limitations.

Validation

• npm run verify: 81 tests passed, with Node 24.21.0 enforced for all Node subprocesses; Web and portable builds passed.
• 16 Web/portable busy-state scenarios passed, including both resize directions and read failure followed by retry.
• Reproduced the old Undici response-decoding crash and SRI bypass; all 14 post-update cases and bounded EventSource checks passed. npm audit reports zero vulnerabilities.
• Wrangler local preview, asset/cache headers, and deployment dry-run passed.
• Edge Web/portable smoke tests passed. WebKit core flows passed in isolated persistent profiles, with its unsupported interactive-widget diagnostic retained.

Merge with a merge commit to preserve the long-lived dev branch history.
