Search Results: Sorting, Filtering, and Navigation Improvements

• Added sorting and filtering functionality to the search results page, including a SortFilterBar component and new state management for sort/filter selections. The displayed section list now updates based on these controls.
• Updated navigation logic to ensure sort/filter state is preserved in the URL and navigation actions (clicks, arrow keys, related section navigation, and search submissions). This includes refactoring navigation handlers and debouncing navigation to prevent rapid repeated actions.
• Improved auto-selection and pagination logic to work with the filtered and sorted list of sections, ensuring consistent behavior when the list changes.

Section Content: Grade Statistics Display

• Added a new GradeDot component to visually represent letter grades.
• Enhanced the section content display to show mean GPA and median grade (with a colored dot), providing clearer grade statistics to users.
• Updated the look of the pagination button to match the design of other components on the page
