Resolved conflicts by taking upstream's changes and re-adding the Logically integration: pom dependency, JobsHook enum entry (now registered via the JobsHook.values() loop upstream introduced), and the plugin.yml softdepend entry.

Hi, I'd like to add an integration with my plugin focused on tree cutting.
Hooks into LogicallyAPI which is implemented by the Logically plugin. This way, Woodcutter job works out of the box with tree chopping, providing seamless experience. Added code is quite minimal and is consistent with the established code style. I have also personally tested it and it works.
