Full rebrand to the final name. Binary/command `memxt`, env vars `MEMXT_*`, config `memxt.yaml`, db `memxt.db`, install dir `~/.memxt`. All GitHub paths -> Yupcha/memxt and the tap -> Yupcha/homebrew-memxt. Plugin, marketplace, installer, Homebrew formula (renamed memxt.rb, class Memxt), CI release artifact names (memxt-<platform>), docs, and the integration/launch scripts all updated.
