Adds statistics arrays to mapping-1.16.2.json and mapping-1.17.json, taken from the vanilla registry reports, and maps
play_timetoplay_one_minutein both diff files. The arrays use theminecraft.form from mapping-1.16.json, so the 1.16<->1.16.2 files stay byte-identical.output_hashes.json only changes the two entries for these pairs. A full regeneration on main also changes 1.21.5:1.21.4 and 26.1:1.21.11, which I left out.
