Add documentation for XnatRemoveResource and XnatResourceGather tools. I'm realizing now that these aren't even in the Xnat_tools directory AND they don't have the same --help output as the other tools. I'll need to correct those.
Removed the help option from the usage line in the documentation.

I guess it would be good to have solidarity among the Xnat_tools --help option? I haven't added those to match up with the existing tools.
Do I also need to move these actual scripts into the Xnat_tools or are they fine in the supplemental_tools directory?
