I Am Adding a New Code Snippet in an Existing Language

• I fixed Add Fizz Buzz in ALGOL 60 #5359
• I did not include any extra folders/libraries
• I named the pull request using Add {PROJECT} in {LANGUAGE} format

Other Notes

In ALGOL 60, % means integer division with the MARST transpiler. It replaces the standard ÷ symbol. ALGOL 60 has no modulo operator.
