Adds `_ptegoonly_ppdeformmm_planifls` stage-2 config (loads from `ckpt/sparsedrive_stage1_egoonly.pth`, K/V-on `ppdeformmm_planifls` recipe; direct comparator to #7's `_ptnomapdnrot_ppdeformmm_planifls`) and updates the paper plan TODO with: Apollo egoonly stage-1 final result (L2=0.6518), the queued seed-1 evalmatchmode reproduction + DGX hedge, the K/V-off egostatus stack, the Stream B1 imgconfdet entry, and the anchor-capacity eval re-resubmits (3377754/55 at 2 GPUs).
