Finding
The project-structure table describes a transport/ directory as containing "physical-layer abstraction (serial/UART)". No such directory exists anywhere in the repository at current HEAD, so this row documents functionality that was never implemented (or was planned and later dropped) as if it were part of the current layout.
Recommendation
Remove the transport/ row from the table (or add the directory if it's still planned), and make sure the documented layout matches ROADMAP.md's actual plans.
